Hi, I'm Leah Rogers — the founder of Your Technology Concierge.

I still remember party lines, answering machines the size of a toaster, and doing dishes by hand — so I get it when technology feels like it's moved fast. If you lived through all of that, your smartphone really doesn't stand a chance.

I have an MBA and years of experience working with AI and technology, but what I really love is helping people feel confident with the devices they use every day. I started this business because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable people feeling embarrassed or frustrated by their phones, tablets, and computers — not because they couldn't learn it, but because nobody had ever explained it in a way that respected their time and experience.

I work one-on-one, in your home, at your pace. No jargon, no judgment, and no rushing. Whether it's setting up your phone, learning to video call your grandkids, or just feeling safer online, I'm here to help — as your coach and advisor, not a repair guy.

Safety comes first in everything I do. Scam and fraud awareness is part of every session, because protecting yourself matters more than anything else.
